Bamako is truly a place where the evening has so many different choices, especially if you are looking for a place to listen to music and drink. In part I have already spoken about this in the "what to do" section. Here I will list some of the many rooms where you can eat, have a drink listening to good music and even dance!

-L'Espace Bouna: The place to listen to Toumani Diabatè, on Friday evenings, the great contemporary master of the kora, the Super Rail band plays Saturday and Sunday there is Taras with the afro-salsa. This place is next to the old airport at ACI2000.

-Le Hogon: It's a bar restaurant in the neighborhood of N'Tomikorobougou. The concerts begin at 22.30 with different singers. Phone: +2230760

-Le Akwaba. In the district Hippodrome and I have already spoken about it in the restaurant tab. I would like to repeat it because it's a real institution in Bamako. The concerts of salsa start at 22. Every Tuesday and Friday: La Selecta Raymond Fernandez, Wednesday and Saturday: Tarasinco. Phone: +2220645

-Moffou: this is the place of Salif Keita. Located in Kalabancoro Bada. Musical evenings on Friday and Saturday. Phone: +2287521

-La Pyramide du Souvenir: In the district Du Fleuve. On Friday and Saturday nights, usually, there's Habib Koitè. The architecture as a "pyramid" of the premises is definitely an attraction.

-Le Shanghaj: On Fridays there is the Malian blues with Lobi Traoré

-Le Elysée: In the Badalian district. On Wednesdays from 22 and Sundays from 16 to 21 they also play the blues music of Lobi Traore.

-Le Djembé: It's located in Lafiabougou. 3 orchestras a week.

-L'Evasion: In the center of Bamako, rue Point Carré and av. Modibo Keita. Concerts on Thursday and Saturday from 23. We can listen to Mabel system with mandingo music, blues, jazz and reggae.

-Le Macoumba: In the district Djélibougou on the way to Koulikoro, 150 meters away from Mali car exposure. On Thursday there's the salsa with Taras, Friday jazz-rock with the Blue Notes and on Saturday salsa with Les Barons de la Capital.

-Les Jardins du Tempo: In the district Du Fleuve. Evry Friday Taras with the salsa and reggae

-La Citadelle. It's on the road to Koulikoro, in Korofina. On Friday, the music is Malian and Saturday the salsa with Raymond. Cocktails are original.

-Le Siguiblon: On the road to Koulikoro, behind the Mobile station at Djélibougou. On Friday from 21 to 2 there is the Eden Roots Orchestra with reggae music, salsa, zouk and Malian music. It'a space open.

-Le Colysée: In Banakabougou - Faladè (in front of Bolè, the women's prison). On Saturday, you can listen to Bambara music, Malinkè, Wassoulou, black international...

-Le Kanaga Jazz: Place frequented by young people on Friday where the music group of Bamba called Dembélé plays Bambara music, Malinkè, Wassoulou, black international

-Chez Phil. On the way to Lafiabougou, near Independence Boulevard. It's considered the traditional Malian club par excellence, with Malian music, Afro-Cuban and Zairean sounds. From midnight on weekends.
