At Stefino passion for each ingredient is real and profound. In fact, the origin of ingredients, the place and the focus on the history of what is used to produce the ice cream is really the most important thing.

When possible,at Stefino the fresh fruit is purchased from small local producers and the milk comes from a family production of the Bolognese Apennines. Most of the ingredients (milk, fruit, honey), eggs in particular, come from organic production. The frozen fruit products are water based and suitable even for those who can not consume dairy products. The cocoa comes from Fair Trade (Conacado Consortium of Dominican Republic).

At Stefino ice cream is not the only treasure. Granita, traditional Sicilian product, cannoli and ricotta are a great alternative.
