This unique installation in the shape of a giant speaker (with a length of 4 meters and a maximum opening of the pavilion of 2 feet), work of the artist Emilio Lopez-Menchero. Located near the Gare du Midi, an area traditionally multi-ethnic, The Pasionaria is an invitation not only symbolic but also real, to the spontaneous expression of onesself.

The work was born as a tribute to all migrants and, more generally, as a vindication of the universal right to speech and the expression of their ideas: in fact anyone can climb the ladder that leads to the mouth of the sound cone and say what they want, overlooking for a moment with his voice, the chaos of city traffic.
