Mori Sushi is one of the most well-known chain of sushi. Here in the Zamalek Cairo is the richest and most fashionable neighborhood, the one attended by the Egyptian upper class and many students and foreign workers in Cairo. The restaurant is not very large, developed in length, below street level but much brighter.
The color of Mori Sushi is black, the wooden tables, chairs and skin; the inner part of the restaurant is dominated by a large photo on the lighter tones of white.
The food is really good and every now and am pleased to detach from the atmosphere Arabic (sometimes to excess capacity for tourist reasons).

A plate of 42 pieces of sushi costs 120L.E. corresponding to about 16 €.

The waiters of Mori Sushi are available and very professional, the chefs are in their position and passing you can see how they prepare. I was told that the desserts are worth considering instead of the ones in the standard restaurants here in Cairo is not good.
The bathrooms are always spotless!
Eat until you are satisfied, they will put everything you leave in a paper bag with cloth, napkins, chopsticks, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi and some delicious chocolate mint.

Bon appetit!
